Have just one more baby if it meant I could witness my oldest with my youngest, as an infant, just one more time; watching him kiss it; cuddle it; hold it close;
I would…just one more…it melts my heart.
Scarlett is so lucky. So loved.
I was anticipating the arrival of ‘baby brother’ (as his big sister Hope termed it) ever since I had the pleasure of meeting this lovely family a few weeks prior.
Oh, he was worth the anticipation. So delightfully fresh, and lovely with his beautiful golden locks and engaging eyes. Speaking of golden locks, how beautiful is Hope’s hair!! It took some coaxing for big sister Hope to come close to her little brother, but we got there and there is no doubt she is full of love for ‘baby brother’.
As much as it is back breaking (who would have thought these 3kg little beings could be back breaking), and clothes destroying (oh yes these little ones can make some mess), I will never tire of photographing newborns. I’m so truly lucky to have the pleasure of creating wonderful memories that will forever live in their parent’s hearts.
Welcome to this big wide world Eli.
