Fire to Fight {Brisbane Family Photographer}

Two beautiful boys and another baking away inside; a baby boy so eagerly wanted and already loved. His brothers are excited at the thought of his impending arrival but his parents are anxious; not anxious about his arrival but his journey to make it there. See little one is taking the long and difficult road to arrival. He’s a sick little monkey fighting a hard fight for survival. It’s one step forward and another step backwards as he fights Parvovirus. They tell me he is a fighter, and I can see he is.  In the three weeks since our session he’s grown bigger and stronger and he wants to stick around – who wouldn’t want to take heed of the opportunity to join such a loving, joyful family. He has the fire to fight and with his parent’s will and his brothers’ love, I can only believe his fire will keep burning until the end when his beautiful parents get to hold him in their arms; a healthy little baby.

Friday’s Favourites {Brisbane Award Winning Photographer}

Crystals are what I notice,
Love is what I see.
My heart is a beat with happiness,
For the wonderfulness beneath.

When I look into your eyes.
I can sit still and be silent,
Hoping for a reprise.
Of a moment so special,
No words need be spoken.
Because in that moment I’m thankful,
For you, my son, my Byron.
