  • Welcome…

    Thanks for visiting! So a blog you ask? Yep. I'm a blogger from way back. I simply can't do without one so it goes without saying that I have to have one solely dedicated to my love of photography! Here's insight into the reason behind my love of photography in case you're wondering as people often do. Aside from an outlet for my creative juices I guess what I love most about photography is the moment it freezes in time. Literally, a moment captured that otherwise could never be relived. A moment in time...Forever frozen...

    A smirk. A smile. A frown. A tear. A kiss. A cuddle. Laughter. Life.

    Make sure you drop by from time to time. You'll see my latest news (including products and specials), some neat session previews, information about custom photography and it goes with out saying, you'll also see lots of photos of my children because, shucks, I just love them so much and can't help but snap them constantly!

    Before I go...always remember, don't-ever-forget the simple things and the memories they create.

Day 31 {Brisbane Photographer}

This photo a day challenge, is where I embark on the epic, personal journey to take one photograph every day for the month of January, of the things that are important to me.

I have learned a lot this past year or so. Probably not lessons I would chose again. Definitely not – It’s been a rough road. But. The lessons learned were more than worth the heartache and then some. Because, all though I knew it. And felt it. I perhaps didn’t really get it. I didn’t get that the three little people – the three little people that came from me, and easily – are by far my greatest accomplishments.

They are accomplishments that should never be taken for granted; accomplishments worth celebrating and loving on. Every. Single. Day. Because what I know now, is that blessings like them are sometimes hard to come by, and those that are fortunate enough to receive them should always remember just how lucky they are.

I am lucky on an incomprehensible level. Truly.

Day 30 {Brisbane Children’s Photographer}

All joking aside…for those that know Byron will know this kid licks his nose at least ten times a day and then some. And the most odd part is he does it with ease.
