I am very fortunate this time around to have my best friend share the pregnancy, birth experience around the same time as me. It wasn’t planned but it’s funny how things happen the way they do.
Anway, little Tilly was welcomed into the world on Willow’s due date of 16 July 2009. There are 5 days between them. It will be so exciting to watch Willow and Tilly grow up together. Can’t wait and I’m sure you will see many photos of them together in the coming years.
We did try and get some portraits of them together but alas Miss Tilly was so alert for the whole session, bar 5 minutes, that we didn’t get the chance to snap them together. At 8 days new she is literally the most alert baby I have ever photographed. Babies need to be sleeping deeply to get the curly, posed newborn shots so we didn’t really manage any of those but we did get some lovely images none the less. Here are a few…
