  • Welcome…

    Thanks for visiting! So a blog you ask? Yep. I'm a blogger from way back. I simply can't do without one so it goes without saying that I have to have one solely dedicated to my love of photography! Here's insight into the reason behind my love of photography in case you're wondering as people often do. Aside from an outlet for my creative juices I guess what I love most about photography is the moment it freezes in time. Literally, a moment captured that otherwise could never be relived. A moment in time...Forever frozen...

    A smirk. A smile. A frown. A tear. A kiss. A cuddle. Laughter. Life.

    Make sure you drop by from time to time. You'll see my latest news (including products and specials), some neat session previews, information about custom photography and it goes with out saying, you'll also see lots of photos of my children because, shucks, I just love them so much and can't help but snap them constantly!

    Before I go...always remember, don't-ever-forget the simple things and the memories they create.

Day 20 {Brisbane Photographer}

This photo a day challenge, is where I embark on the epic, personal journey to take one photograph every day for the month of January, of the things that are important to me.

Oh how I love having older siblings for Willow. Love. If only for the very fact they can help out with bathing and showering. Because. If truth be told, it isn’t always my favourite job. Sometimes, at that time of the afternoon, I would rather be having a wine. Alas, there was no wine this evening. I can only dream right?

Day 19 {Brisbane Children’s Photographer}

Sometimes he teases his sisters, is impatient and lacks interest in what they do.

But then there are the times he’s not. Those times where he plays patiently and happily. Where he doesn’t castigate or tease. Those times where he will read, ride and run with them.

Then there are those special times…the beautiful ones I wish I could bare witness to every day, like today. Today, there was a tea party. There were sandwiches, cookies, pizza, cake and tea. She asked and he obliged, without fuss. Roll played as directed for as long as required. He drank his tea and ate his treats. It was the picture of sibling perfection…

Day 18 {Brisbane Children’s Photographer}

The tree sparkles so brightly. Not because of sunlight but because of the jewels it wears.

They are my everything…
